Bring a neighbor to the Crime Prevention Training at the Eastern District Police Department at Payne and Minnehaha Avenues.   Training will be led by a Saint Paul Police Department Crime Prevention Coordinator and hosted by the Payne-Phalen District Five Planning Council.
